Thanks for taking the time to listen and leave a comment, Lindsay! Breanna shared so much wisdom in this episode, and I’m so happy to hear that it was somehow helpful. I hope I’ll be seeing much more of you in the comments and over on the FB page!

I also took some notes on this episode. Giving the “should” thoughts meaning really stood out to me. I do have a “light box lamp” for seasonal use. I like it in the morning with coffee and reading time. When doing research on lamps, the one thing that stool out was the lumen level-10,000 lumens for effective results. The one I ordered is linked below. 😃 It is made by Corcadian Optics and has three settings. I like that it is portable, travels easily, and has a pleasing look.

      Jennifer,
The “should” thoughts are a big thorn in my side. THANK YOU for sharing the light lamp link and tip that it should be at least 10,000 lumens. I’m definitely adding that to my wish list. Philip, if you’re reading this, I think it’d make a fabulous Valentine’s gift… 😉
